SportsCity's Party Packages
Why have the mess at home? SportsCity is a great place to hold a party of any kind.
* Kids: we offer our regular birthday party packages and our Soccer Sharks birthday party package. We also have team party packages. Depending on the size of your party, we have up to three (3) party rooms available. More detailed information can be found below under Party Days & Times.
* Adults: parties for just about any occasion can be held in one (1) or all three (3) of our party rooms or up in our Post Game Bar & Grill. Party Ideas: Birthday's, Family Reunions, Class Reunions, Bachelor / Bachelorette Parties, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Sports Party (we have a 102" projection TV), Anniversary Parties or just a Guys and/or Girls night out. With space to accommodate up to sixty (60) people the Post Game Bar and Grill is perfect for adult parties.
Adult parties require a $100.00 non refundable deposit (deposit deducted from final bill)
Our bar is available for up to three (3) hours and can accommodate up to 60 people. Our
minimum of $400.00 in combined food / beverages / beer / alcoholic drink orders must be
meet or the difference paid. So the more your friends order, the less out of your pocket! We
have a nice sized menu of food items to select from.
Party Days & Times:
PLEASE NOTE:
Parties are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. SportsCity has multiple programs and leagues that run year round, therefore parties requesting a specific resource (basketball court, soccer field, etc) are scheduled upon availability.
BOOKINGS:
SportsCity requires AT LEAST a two (2) week notice to book a party. This allows enough time to schedule staff and to order (and get) any cake, cupcakes, or cookie cake that's needed. For pre-ordered food we need your order by MONDAY at least one (1) week in advance of your party.
DEPOSIT:
All parties require a $50.00 non refundable deposit to reserve your date / time.
ADDITIONAL PARTICIPANTS:
Each person over the limit for the party you selected is an additional $10.00 per person.
WAIVERS:
A Certificate of Liability or SportsCity Waiver per participant must be provided before the start of your event.
