SportsCity is a great place to hold a lock-in for your Church Youth Group, a High School GRAD-Night, Scout Troop Event, or a Non-Profit Organization or Sports Team Fundraiser.

Lock-In packages are for a minimum of four hours, but may run as long as seven hours,( typically from 10:00pm to 5:00am).
All Sports Package - $300 / hour (minimum 4 hours)
This includes access to:
2 Indoor Soccer / Football Fields
Basketball / Volleyball Gymnasium
Slow and medium speed Baseball Batting Cages (Tokens must be purchased from token machine to operate)
3 Party Rooms
Galactic Golf - our 9-hole, indoor, black-light mini golf course. ($55.00 per hour deduction if not desired)
The Concession & Restaurant Area
The Video Arcade (Tokens may be purchased at a reduced rate for an additional charge - see below)
Balls and other sports equipment you may need
We require advanced notice (at least 2 weeks) and a $300.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your groups reservation. In addition, we require a $250.00 trash/clean-up deposit - that may be returned to your group if the facility is left the way your group found it.

PA / DJ Equipment Rental -
You may rent a PA system and DJ equipment from SportsCity for your event.
This package includes: 2 tower speakers, 2 sub woofers, a mixer board, a CD player, an iPod input jack, and a microphone. A valid credit card must be put on hold to rent this equipment - in the case that repairs need to be made after use.
Cost: $45.00 per hour.

MEAL PACKAGES -
SportsCity will have the concession/restaurant area open for individual purchases which features a full menu. Additionally, your group may purchase meal packages from SportsCity (see package prices below).

SportsCity DOES NOT ALLOW outside food or drink in the building without purchase of the Step Aside Food Package (see below).
Step Aside Food Package: Your group has the option to purchase SportsCity's Step Aside Food Package. This allows your group to bring in your own food and drink for the evening. The cost of this package is $2.00 per participant.
We are more than happy to meet with you to help answer any questions you may have or to give you additional information. We are willing to work with you and your group to customize items to fit your needs. We want to make sure that your event is set-up to your satisfaction and that everyone in your group has a GREAT time!
Lock-In Rules and Regulations - (must be signed and submitted with reservation form)
A Certificate of Liability or SportsCity Waiver per participant must be provided before the start of your event
